At Wet Box Video, we strive to process and ship your order within 3-5 business days. Our store partners are notified either same-day or next-day of your order, depending upon the timing of your order, and may ship by USPS First Class Mail, UPS, or USAirmail (for international orders). Please allow 2-4 weeks delivery. Your purchases are packaged discreetly and sent to you directly from the stars themselves and won't require a signature for delivery.
Returns for exchange are accepted within 30 days of purchase for damaged or defective product only. Please call Christina at 408-250-1292 to make arrangements and receive the appropriate return shipping address for your damaged or defective items.
